The Northern Middle Tennessee Local Workforce Development Board is responsible for overseeing the local workforce system across a 13-county are in alignment with the TN Northern Middle Economic Jobs Based Camp. The board collaborates with local elected officials to plan and manage the workforce system, creating and updating annual plans for Governor approval.
