About Coffinger Park
Coffinger Park is located in downtown Wickenburg in a residential area. There are many large open areas of green grass and mature shade trees, as well as plenty of recreation opportunities. This is a great park to visit and have a picnic, birthday party, reunion, wedding, and more.
The park is named for Howard L. Coffinger (1908-1974), a former Wickenburg mayor, school board member, and longtime operator of the local funeral home and ambulance service.
Coffinger Park includes a multi-use field, the municipal pool, the municipal skate park, two tennis courts, a recreation building, ramada, two play structures, swings, picnic tables, and a multi-use concrete path.
