I love Bear Nutrition! Its so nice to go for that coffee run but actually get something healthy. In the time Ive been going there Ive lost 12 pounds! Its been a huge part of my diet change for a better lifestyle. Everyone who works there is so friendly. Leanna the owner is a great person who takes the time to get to know you.
