Daisy Clemans
Fort Dalles Riders’ Queen Daisy Clemans is an eighth grader at The Dalles Middle School. Daisy has been in love with horses since she was 18 months old. Daisy started riding about 6 years ago when her family started boarding at Glenn and Lisa Harding’s place out on Five Mile. Glenn, Lisa, and barn resident, Cheye Nelson, took Daisy under their wings and gave her some pretty good horseman training. Daisy has also been the recipient of the experience and wisdom of many other members of the Fort Dalles Riders.

Daisy loves to ride Whisper, her buckskin mare. They’re pretty good at the obstacle course. But Whisper’s not bomb-proof proven yet, so you’ll see her on Hew Hillis’ horse Rookie for parades and runouts during her reign (thank you, Hew).

In her spare time (haha), Daisy loves to read, ride bikes, take pictures, and hang out with her cousins!
