AGE+ believes change and social impact are greater when vulnerable communities have a voice and are no longer invisible. Because of this belief, we are increasing awareness of aging issues at every level across the state.
One of the ways we do this is through our Community Conversations initiative. Launched virtually in 2020, this initiative engages community members and leaders throughout Oregon in meaningful discussions on aging. By listening and gathering information, we help communities realize their collective strengths and support them in building stronger communities for all generations. Our goal is to create a framework that works toward a more equitable Oregon for all generations.
