- Beef Processing
Custom and USDA processing are available. All steaks and roasts are vacuum sealed for longer freezer life. Beef carcasses dry age 12–14 days. Customize cutting orders to your specifications. Split quarters being processed will need to have a common or standard order. Orders will be ready for pickup approximately 2–3 weeks from the time of harvest. - Pork Processing
Custom and USDA processing are available. All steaks and roasts are vacuum sealed for longer freezer life. Customize cutting orders to your specifications. Choose from award-winning products such as blue ribbon bacon, bratwurst, and sausage. Pork orders are ready for pickup approximately 1 1/2 - 2 weeks from the date of harvest.
