Elsie was born in New York City to Ecuadorian parents. A graduate of Stetson University, Elsie holds a Masters's Degree in Educational Leadership. She is a Pastor’s wife, with two lovely daughters and six incredible grandchildren. Elsie has served as a Volusia County Public School administrator, owned several small businesses, and is a strong community leader in the Volusia County area in Florida. Her biggest passion is empowering women through personal development, wealth building, and legal protection.
