Steve LaRue began his career in the plumbing industry in April 1995 as he worked with and learned from Gene Rush of Rush Plumbing. After working in Wichita for a few years, he earned his Journeyman Plumber’s license and went on to obtain his Master Plumber’s license.
In March 2005, his dream of owning his own business became a reality as he opened Professional Plumbing LLC in a small shop off Sixth Avenue in El Dorado. As his business and reputation as a dependable, honest businessman grew, more space was needed. He bought his present location, 312 S. Main St. El Dorado in 2007.
At that time, Steve’s brother, Mike, joined the business and later earned his Journeyman Plumber’s license. Over the years, Professional Plumbing LLC has been involved in the construction of several projects locally, as well as many custom homes, additions, multifamily housing and most recently the Flint Creek Addition on the west side of El Dorado.
